The Dutch Handball Union started using the TalentTrackingSystem from march 2009 for their youth talent groups in Papendal and on preselected Handball schools.
Sjors Rottger, technical director of NHV, signs the contract together with Paul van Gestel,
director Verbeter Presteren, supplier of TTS.
Since februari 2009 TTS has been in use as a pilot at the Belcampo school. The school uses the system for all ten youth talent groups. The pilot's goal is to make the school acquainted with the system as well as possibly try out changes on small scale groups. So far the skating, football and handball talent groups have joined the pilot. In september 2009 the system has gone live for the remaining sport talent groups. After evaluation it was decided to continue the pilot.
HTNN has been using TTS since januari 2008 and has been met with a large amount of enthusiasm. Keeping track of the progress being made has become much simpler and intelligible for everyone involved with the talent. It has become clear that communication and recording this leads to several positives. Positives like, focus on everyone, intelligibility and transparency for everyone involved.
